You have purchased the OTO (one time offer) without purchasing the main software, VideoMakerFX, and thus you are unable to access your product. You have to actually purchase the main software.
It may also be possible that you have purchased the main software from a different email address or different account. In that case, send us a merge request mentioning both your email addresses and which one you want as your main account.
If you’re not comfortable with purchasing the main software, we can just process a refund for your add on purchase. Just send us the following information to support@videomakerfx.com so we can process your refund:
