Updating to the most recent version of the software is necessary in order to ensure that you enjoy the most recent features of VideoMakerFX and bug patches for most known issues of the previous versions.

As of press time, the most updated version is VideoMakerFX version 1.1.


There are two ways to determine what version of VideoMakerFX software you are using:

From the Main Login Screen


When you open the VideoMakerFX application, you will be greeted with a login screen that looks like the one bellow. The part underlined in red tells you the version you have.


If it does not says Welcome to VideoMakerFX 1.1, you most probably are on the older version of the software.



Clicking on the About Link

  1. Open VideoMakerFX and log in.
  2. On the upper right corner, just below where it says "VideoMakerFX", click on About.
  3. A new screen will appear giving you the details of the software on the lower left corner.
