Our Customer Service team is answering a lot of Support Request tickets. One way of tagging the ticket as answered is to tick it as Closed or Resolved.
That doesn't mean that your Support Request was already closed, you can just submit a reply to have the ticket reopened on our end and we'll make sure that you get the assistance that you need.
