Please try resetting your username or password here, using the forgot password feature:

Please note that the password for both the Member's Area and the software is just the same.
However, if you would want to change the password for the Support Site, kindly go instead to support.videomakerfx.com.
On the top panel, click on the "Log In" Button:
After clicking on Login, it will take you to the Login Page. Just click on the Forgot Passsword link, enter your email address then on the box provided and it will send you your new password to your email address:
