Any news on when an update to allow the use of the application in Mac OS Catalina? Right now the application is not usable once you update to Mac OS Catalina.

I have the same issue as well as you mention. 

Although I had submitted the ticket in the Oct. 2019, they gave me a response that they were working on the upgrade. But I still could not see any update to be release...

Help support this issue please, very misleading that your sales page says your product works with the latest operating systems (except if you happen to have a MAC I guess)!

Hi everyone. I'm a mac user too facing the same incompatibility problem with switching to Catalina. Has anyone heard back from technical support at all? With Big Sur out pretty soon and no Catalina update, it would appear that there will be no mac update for this product.

NO REPLY HERE. Crickets and it too bad Andrew this is a great product that we no can no longer use if we have a MAC, sad.  Have you tried the FB VideoMaker Group?  I've done a quick search there but no comments on this topic. Help please support if you are reading these known issues for MAC users.  Thank you!

Agree, I've stopped using app for the same reason-doesn't support the latest operating systems.  Too bad, was a really solid product. Hope you get some help!

I wish someone here would address this please.  We should all be complaining a refund should be in order from the vendor for not supporting this issue.  Terrible service, st least reply to us all!!!!!
