adding imported animated Intro video clips to a videomakerfx video project

Hi, I was wondering if anyone has had the same problem that I am experiencing trying to add imported (Intro Animated Slides that have been created using the new very latest (Viddeoze 2.0 ) software into a Video maker FX project?

The reason that I bought Viddyoze software to create stunning Into and Outro clips to use is that VideoMakerFX does not have this feature.

But according to VideoMaker FX Support section , you supposedly can ad imported animated video clips by using their ( Video - Video Clip Supporting Slides) and then follow their instructions after adding their slides to the project that you are in the process of creating.

I have tried and tried to make this work but with no luck at all. the intro clip I am trying to ad is attached, it is in the correct MP4 format.

Has anyone had the same problem?

Is Video Maker FX not compatible with Viddyoze 2.0 Software?

Am I doing something Wrong?

Maybe I have a glitch in the videomakerfx software??

Can Anybody Please Help with some advice, or point out what the problem may be?

 Hi Barry,

We have already replied to your Support Ticket.

The video you're trying to import is in 1920x1080 resolution.

As indicated on the VIDEO-VIdeo Clip Supporting Slides, VideoMakerFX only supports imported videos in exactly 1280x720 resolution.

You may need to reconvert the video you're trying to import to 720p.

Thank you.
