I bought pro themes and can't figure out how to transfer the folders and drag them into slides.  The "no" symbol appears. I  changed my settings so that I am allowed to "read and write" but it says I can only read the item. When I click "get info" on the drop box to change it the slides folder to "read and write", it won't let me even after I type in my password. I'm logged in as an administrator and have adjusted my system preferences but it seems to be locked it at "read only" Very frustrated! I've spent too many hours with this and I can't find a number to call for help. I hate this program and wish I wouldn't have wasted $100.
