DOWNLOADING VIDEOMAKERFX

 I've bought VideoMakerFx two days ago & yet have recieved a email offering me a download link! I NEED TO TALK TO SOMEONE ASAP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I deleted the program because it was giving error #1, Now I need to re-install , where do I get download


Download link says "Page Does Not Exist"

Hi there. Today I bought VideoMakerFX but in the messages I received by email I do not see the link to download the software. When will I receive the VideoMakerFX download link along with my license? I only received my username and password from jvzoo, but my customer account only shows the details of the purchase I made. The VideoMakerFX download link and license do not appear.

I cannot access VideoMaker FX anymore. What is the way forward?
