where are july's pro-themes?

Hi Promo Video, we have already responded to your ticket and we'll just waiting for your response to resolve the issue and move forward.

I just purchased Pro themes but I can't find them. Do I have to buy the software? I already have it in another email. I just wanted to keep the new things in one email. How can you help me?
