VideoMakerFX Support

We have just released version 1.05. If you haven't upgraded yet, we suggest that you do as this

version addresses the issues that users are experiencing with version 1.04.

You can access this by going to the Member's Area:

access.videomakerfx.com

Please remember that you must uninstall the old version first before installing the new one.

 Will I lose my project if I uninstall

No you will not loose your project if you uninstall, however, it is recommended to copy the project folder and paste it into a different location. When you install the new software, you can always paste these projects into the new Videomakerfx folder, or you can browse them via the software by changing the location of the files which a user search for. Projects always stays there.

I thought I lost all my projects when I uninstalled then installed the newer version.  Found them in Program Files/VideomakerFX/Projects folders in the C drive rather than in the documents folder where I expected them...
