 I haven't tried seemingly everything to log in to download the software & my account is active but I keep being told my user name or password is incorrect.

Can'y log in to videomakerfx

Can you log into the main site? If so, change your password to numbers and letters only -- no symbols. If you do that, you can log into the program. That is what I had to do.

The VideoMakerFX Help Desk will gladly assist you with resetting your password.

Kindly open a ticket for these types of problem and we will be glad to reset it for you.

I downloaded FX and did a project, but now it won't let me login.

I changed password but that didn't help.

I submitted 3 help tickets that said successful, but when I check that status

it says I have NO tickets.

It has been 3 weeks and I have been unable to use FX.

Please help.

I have not received ANYTHING so far for my money? Been chasing up with emails and following the advice given about requesting a password change, but get nothing at all to access any of this! Such a shame as was really looking forward to using this after seeing what looked initially like positive reviews. My bubble has certainly burst now as it looks like this is not what I thought it would be. Do I go directly to Paypal and report the issue to them? What are others doing? Thanks

I had the same issue but it was resolved today using reset password link on the bottom of the login window. I did do it with only number and letters. I was experiencing the exact same issue has everyone on here until I received a response that it had been resolved. I suggest entering another ticket if you cannot use it because it definitely changed from what it was doing.
