VideoMakerFX Support

Unfortunately I don't have the name of the theme but it appears that the software developers have the ability to remove templates. The app crashed and now the theme is gone. Pretty disappointed.

Seem to have the same problem, have spent almost an hour looking for a particular template to no avail; in the beginning the system somehow mucked up and I lost a video I had sold (and yep! save VERY regularly as building the videos) so am trying to replicate exact same video. Lucky I have a finished copy that I sent the client to watch, just a pity I hadn't finalised all the PS work else that copy would have been fine to sell.

Thank you for your message.

All the themes and slides are installed locally on your computer. They came bundled with the installer for VideoMakerFX. If you're having issues with missing themes or slides, you can actually do a re-install of the software.

Please be informed that these files would not be deleted even if your application crashed  or if it hangs up.

If you're still having issues, we do suggest that you submit a support ticket so we can further assist.

You can always re-install the software and/or the theme pack if your current installation is not showing it anymore to ensure that any corruption on the software is corrected.

Hi everyone, if you'd like a print-out of the Themes and slides, pop over to the Facebook page and request Membership, then download the documents from the FILES tab at the top of the screen.
