NEW CLIENT CAN NOT LOG IN

I just purchased your video software. I DID receive an email verifying the order took place. YET, I CAN NOT LOG IN!! I will give your support team an hour to contact me and have this resolved. If this does not get resolved within an hour. I will call my CC company and let them know you are a SCAM and I will go to every review sight and warn the public of the same...

An automated attendant sends me a response to reset PW.  This only resets PW for the support portal.  Time is still ticking...  Not a good customer experience by any  means!  IDEA:  Since you are a video company, wouldn't it make sense to respond in VIDEO?  HMMMMMM...

is it SCAM ?? I also haven't received the login & pswd email ....


Also having similar login problems
